Oooo doggy. This full-blown empath is feeling the feels. I have been experiencing A LOT of rejection over the last few months applying for Sr. Product Design roles and, let me tell you, it feels real nice to have someone say ‘yes’ to me about something. Anything really. Since starting Village in the Making, I’ve been getting yes’s. Hmmmmm. Making a mental note, but not going to commit it to my diary just yet. I’ve reached out to folks whom I have known a long time and folks I’ve only spoken to once asking them to collaborate in this space with me and the answers are enthusiastic yes’s. I’ll be. I teared up, and then got to work.
