My name is Rachel. I’m a designer and craftswoman. Three years ago my family and I moved to a new town (Fergus Falls, MN) to be closer to family. A year ago we moved into our house. Six months ago I was laid off from my job of 10 years. The pieces are moving, and I’m recognizing that this is a new phase of life. I’ve never been in a better place than I am now to define it for myself. Village in the Making is an opportunity for me to share how I not only stay connected to myself through creative pursuits, but build a village in the process.
